So, what happened there 2011? Where did you go?
Well, 2011 was the year I turned 30. Jason took me out to Teatro ZinZanni right before they shut down the original location. The evening was most memorable and I loved every minute of it!
That was also the Christmas he purchased for me my first Tiffany charm. Our local Tiffany's was sold out so they had it shipped from the NY store. Yee!
That was also the year that I started to knit and crochet. I created lots of gifts for Christmas the next year. In fact, Jason's niece still wears the crocheted beret I made her.
2011 is also the year I started working at the school district as a secretary. I realized my calling. It has purpose and it exploits my skills.
2011 was also a year of waking up, finding out what my passion is, understanding my feelings and accepting struggle in order to just get through it. I would say, 2011 was my toughest year yet. I can see why I didn't want to record any of it. I had to live it and tell it later.
